Fabienne Astier

After studying psychology and computer science, Fabienne joined the HR department of a family-owned international industrial group of 8,000 employees. She then became the Group’s Human Resources and Communication Head. As a member of the Executive Committee for 10 years, she actively participated in the launch and management of transformation projects in the fields of industry, commerce and information systems, which contributed to accelerating the evolution of the group’s culture.
After almost 30 years in the corporate world, she decided to devote herself exclusively to what gives meaning to her professional commitment: accompanying teams towards greater efficiency, accompanying managers and leaders towards their fulfillment, by enabling them to know themselves and others better and thus improve cooperation within organizations, an essential ingredient of performance.
She trained in coaching with Vincent Lenhardt (Transformance pro Paris) and created her own firm. Since then, she has worked in all types of organizations (private, public, associations, in various the sector of activity and size) and offers team coaching as well as individual coaching.
She accompanies leaders in taking care of their company, their team and their collaborators, by enabling them to develop qualitative relationships.

Irène has 30 years of operational experience as an HR Director and member of several Executive Committees of global groups and associations, in France and in Asia. She is passionate about Human Resources, Relationships and the development of Potential. Irene has held these local and global responsibilities in the chemical industry for 22 years and in Banking, Education and Consulting sectors for 8 years.
Being in charge of the HR and organizational aspects of transformations linked to mergers, acquisitions, organic growth investments, divestitures and restructurings, in contexts of rapid market development, Irène has developed an expertise in supporting and developping teams, leaders and managers in France and Asia.
Irène graduated from Normandie Business School and from INALCO (in Mandarin Chinese). Irène is also a professional coach (Progress U, Hong Kong 2011 and Institut Maïeutis). She is Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming and a certified Process Communication coach. She is trained in Non Violent Communication, Transactional Analysis and Berne’s Organizational Theory and practices Mindfulness, Yoga and Biodanza.
With her expertise, Irene accompanies teams, leaders and managers to face their various challenges in complex, global, cross-cultural and rapidly changing contexts.
Irene is able to coach in French, English and Chinese (Mandarin).
